Confidence

Self-confidence is the ability to believe in yourself and your strengths and capabilities. Confident people believe in themselves and their abilities to accomplish goals. They are focused on success, learn from past mistakes, anticipate possible obstacles and address them so that they are able to overcome these potential difficulties. A confident person seizes opportunities and creates more options in life.

On the other hand, a lack of confidence can really restrict your life. Certain situations may fill you with dread and produce anxiety symptoms.

Those feelings of unworthiness, inadequacy, self-defeating thoughts, attitudes and beliefs can affect you career, social life, relationships and stop you from grasping the opportunities that comes your way. Your horizons become limited and so too, your overall fulfilment in life.

Confidence radiates from within, confidence is a state of mind especially the subconscious mind, so when you subconscious mind is in conflict with the conscious mind there are no prizes for guessing who wins, the subconscious of course.

That’s why the use of Hypnotherapy and NLP are so effective in building your self confidence. By enabling you  to communicate with the subconscious mind where all your beliefs, attitudes and behaviour are stored. You can rewire/re-programme your subconscious mind, replacing self doubt and fear with positive attitudes and self-belief.

Every client is different, but usually 2-4 sessions are usually sufficient.
