Each and every one of us has experienced times when our confidence has taken a nose dive. Sometimes we get over this blip quite quickly, but there are times when a bounce back isn’t quite so easy and lack of confidence can really affect and restrict your life.
Self-confidence is the ability to believe in yourself and your strengths and capabilities.
Low self-confidence can affect you career, social life, relationships and stop you from grasping the opportunities that comes your way. For some of you it may just be certain situations that make you feel uneasy, for others these feelings interfere with many aspects and impact on your overall fulfilment in life.

Self-esteem is about the way we feel about ourselves; the way we think, look and behave.
These thoughts and opinions become ingrained in our subconscious as beliefs. If the beliefs are negative – not feeling good enough or worthy – the effects can be far reaching and affect every area of our lives leading to under achievement, sadness, self sabotage, people pleasing, limiting beliefs, negative thinking patterns – giving rise to many unwanted feelings, frustrations and limitations.

What’s the cause of Low Self-Confidence and Low Self-Esteem?
The factors that contribute to low self-confidence and low self-esteem are varied and many, For some, the trigger may be recent events, such as a relationship break up, job loss or change in circumstances. For others it may go back much further. Childhood experiences, our backgrounds, life circumstances all combine to influence the way that we perceive are strengths, abilities and how we feel about ourselves. Our self-confidence and self-esteem can be derailed at any time in our lives.
We cannot change the past however, we can change our unhelpful beliefs, thinking and behaviour patterns that were formed in the past.

Discover and understand the root cause and release the emotional attachment. This is done with sensitivity using methods appropriate for you.
Focus on subconscious re-learning – Let go of old out-dated, unhelpful beliefs, thinking and behaviour patterns; replace them with helpful and positive ones so that you feel good about yourself and your abilities.
You practice these new and preferred ways of thinking and behaving under hypnosis. I provide bespoke recordings for you to continue rehearsing at home- repetition embeds these new patterns.
