A warm welcome
We discuss the reason you are seeking help and what you’d like to achieve.
I ask you about your issue, relevant medical history, current medication and past treatments that you may have had.
I explain how and why hypnotherapy can be useful in relation to your issue.
If your issue is anxiety, IBS or pain related I measure this, we then continue to monitor the results at subsequent sessions which are highly motivating for you and a guide for me.
We formulate and agree a treatment plan which is built upon and revised at subsequent appointments.
We assess the number of sessions needed. For some phobias this may be as few as two sessions, for other issues it may be 4 – 6, for more complex issues more may be required. It’s just an assessment, every single client is unique.
Last between 45 mins – 1 hour
Trust and rapport between the client and hypnotherapist is a vital component for success. So it’s an excellent opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you like and discover whether you feel completely at ease and comfortable to work with me.
I am still seeing hypnotherapy clients in person. I adhere to the Government and CNHC guidelines regarding safety, sanitation, health and well-being of clients. Sessions are also carried out via Zoom.
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Subsequent sessions last around 90 minutes giving plenty of time to complete whatever it is that needs addressing.
The frequency of the appointments are variable that suit your needs and wishes.
For on-line sessions via Zoom you’ll need:-
A reliable internet connection.
Somewhere comfortable, quiet and free from interruption.

Private Health Cash Plan Providers Westfield Health and Health Shield will reimburse for CNHC registered hypnotherapists on specified corporate paid plans: Clients who wish to seek reimbursement through these Private Health Plans will need to check that their employer‘s plan covers Hypnotherapy.
